If you order products and on receipt are not satisfied you can return them unused within 7 days for a full refund (excl. shipping charges). Please contact us before returning any products.
If within 90 days of purchase you are not fully satisfied with their performance then simply return them, together with proof of purchase for a refund. Except in the case of Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2Flow, 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted to cover handling.
All Ecoflow products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months against faulty parts and workmanship. The guarantee is extended to 10 years in the case of Motoflow, Thermoflow and H2Flow.
The magnetic properties of products containing magnets are guaranteed for life.
Nutriflow being a consumable does not carry the above guarantees.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If at any time you would like to exchange or upgrade your Bioflow product for any brand new Bioflow within our range, we will allow 50% of the price you paid toward the cost of the new one. This scheme also applies to the Biophone and Bioguard.
